On the groundfloor of the building there are one-roomed and air-conditioned apartment, in size of 28m2, with a terrace in the shade of fig and grapevine. On the backside of the house there are comfortable mini apartments, in size of 48m2, with spacious and sunny balconies. The mini apartments have an extra terrace by the entrance with a grill that can be also used by the guests.
